Al-Sulaiman Foundation has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the National Institute for Educational Professional Development, which aims to launch qualitative initiatives that contribute to empowering teachers and developing their skills, in a way that enhances the quality of education and contributes to achieving the goals of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 of building an advanced and integrated educational system.
The agreement was signed in the presence of Mr. Abdullah Al-Odeh, General Director of the National Institute for Educational Professional Development, Mr. Abdullah Al-Sulaiman, CEO of Al-Sulaiman Foundation, and Ms. Dhay Al-Jabri, Director of Partnerships at the Foundation, as part of the efforts of the two parties to integrate efforts between the non-profit and educational sectors, and achieve a sustainable impact on the educational community.
Mr. Abdullah Al-Sulaiman stressed that this partnership represents a qualitative step in the Foundation’s efforts to promote investment in human capital, pointing out that empowering teachers is a key element in the educational process, and building generations that can contribute to the renaissance of the nation.
He also explained that the cooperation with the National Institute for Educational Professional Development opens new horizons for the design and implementation of specialized training programs that contribute to raising the efficiency of educational cadres and enhancing their professional capabilities Kingdom-wide.
In the other side, Mr. Abdullah Al-Odah valued this partnership with Al-Sulaiman Foundation, stressing that it represents an inspiring model of integration between the non-profit sector and educational entities, and contributes to achieving a qualitative leap in developing teachers’ skills in line with national trends towards building modern education based on creativity and innovation.
This agreement comes as part of Al Sulaiman Foundation’s series of initiatives in the field of education empowerment, based on its deep belief that investing in teachers is an investment in the future, and that sustainable development starts from the school and ends with people who are able to contribute to building a promising future.
