In our family, we believe that knowledge is the cornerstone upon which civilizations are built, and that the future is shaped by enlightened minds and hearts aspiring for knowledge.Learning has always been one of the pillars of our family’s legacy, left to us by the early founders who, from the very beginning, recognized that true investment lies in the human being.Among those pioneers, we proudly and gratefully remember the head of the family, Sheikh Ahmad bin Abdullah Al-Sulaiman — may Allah have mercy on him— who instilled in generations the love of knowledge, contributed to supporting educational institutions, and was keen on the members of his family to be armed with the tools of knowledge and learning.In continuation of his blessed path, the Excellence Award was established to honor and motivate every student from the family who is forging their way in the pursuit of education and striving to be building blocks in the development of their country and ambassadors for their family in the fields of knowledge.We are proud of everyone who carries the torch of knowledge... and, Allah willing, we continue forward toward a brighter future.

Award Objectives

  1. Fostering Ambition and Excellence:
    To motivate family members to reach the highest levels of academic, professional, and behavioral excellence, and to create honorable role models who can be emulated within society.

  2. Developing Human Capabilities:
    To support the development of family members’ skills and enhance their abilities, enabling them to be effective contributors aligned with the nation's aspirations and the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.

  3. Instilling a Culture of Lifelong Learning:
    To embed the value of knowledge and learning as a way of life, and to inspire future generations to continuously pursue personal and societal achievements.

Award Tracks (First Edition) and Terms

  1. Scope of the Award:
    The award, in its first edition for the year 2025, is launched through the General Education Track, covering the following educational stages:
    • Elementary Stage (Upper Grades): Grades 4, 5, and 6
    • Intermediate Stage: Grades 7, 8, and 9
    • Secondary Stage: Grades 10, 11, and 12

  2. Nomination Criteria:
    Students with the highest academic achievement during the 2024–2025 academic year will be honored, based on end-of-year results.

  3. Awarding Mechanism:
    In each grade level, three winners will be selected according to their academic ranking:
    • First Place
    • Second Place
    • Third Place

General Guidelines & Application Process
  1. Application Process:
    Applications must be submitted through the attached link by accurately and clearly filling out all required information.
  2. Application Start Date:
    Applications will begin on Saturday, 05/19/1447 AH corresponding to 10/11/2025 AD.
  3. Target Group:
    The award is open to members of the Al-Hamdan family, from all branches and regions across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  4. Application Closing Date:
    The application closes on 13/06/1447 AH corresponding to 04/12/2025 AD.
  5. Award Ceremony:
    The annual award ceremony will be held on Sunday, 23/06/1447 AH, corresponding to14/12/2025 , in the presence of the esteemed family members.
  6. Judging Process:
    All stages of evaluation and selection will be conducted electronically, ensuring fairness and transparency.
  7. Annual Award Expansion:
    Each year, a new award track will be announced during the ceremony, further promoting excellence within the family.
