In a Ramadan atmosphere full of originality and creativity, Al Sulaiman Foundation, in partnership with the Faisaliah Women’s foundation Society, launched the Crafts Market initiative at IKEA Tahlia in Jeddah on March 4, 2025, as part of the Foundation’s initiatives in the economic empowerment of artisans and craftsmen.
The market offers the opportunity to showcase the creations of 14 new craft projects every two weeks, where art and heritage come together in one space that enables productive families to market their products and increase their incomes, thus contributing to achieving sustainable economic development.
The opening ceremony was attended by His Excellency Dr. Ghassan bin Ahmed Al Sulaiman, Chairman of the Board of Directors, H.E. Mr. Saud Al Sulaiman, CEO of Al Sulaiman Group, and several leaders from both parties, affirming their commitment to continue supporting artisans and creating promising economic opportunities for productive families
